1. Acceptance of Agreement
By accessing, browsing, or using frame-extractor.top (hereinafter referred to as "the Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the operators of the Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.
2. Nature of Service (Client-Side Processing)
The Service provides a browser-based utility for extracting still images from video files. You explicitly acknowledge that the Service operates entirely on the client-side within your web browser environment. The Service does not upload, transmit, store, or process your video files on any remote server. The operators of the Service technically cannot view, access, or retain your content. You retain full control and custody of your data at all times.
3. User Conduct and Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for all content that you process using the Service. You agree and warrant that you will not use the Service to process content that: (a) is illegal, unlawful, defamatory, or promotes criminal activities; (b) infringes upon the copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights of any third party; (c) violates the privacy or publicity rights of others. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Service from any claims arising out of your violation of these terms.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
The interface, graphics, code, and design of the Service are the intellectual property of frame-extractor.top and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. However, you retain full and exclusive ownership of any output (extracted images) generated from your own video files processed via the Service. We claim no rights, title, or interest in your source content or the resulting media.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
6. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE OPERATORS, DEVELOPERS, OR AFFILIATES OF THE SERVICE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY; OR (III) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
7. Modifications to Terms
